  • What determines the price you will offer for my house?
    • Condition of your home and cost of renovations, and labor to complete repair. We compare the repaired value of the house to other homes in that area. Real estate commissions for marketing, insurance cost, utilities, taxes, loan payments, and maintenance costs during renovation and actual sale.

  • Is there a fee to make an offer for my home?
    • Bell Home Services never charges a fee to see and/or make an offer for your home.

  • Do you pay market value?
    • If your house was fully renovated, an offer will be a discounted amount from the retail value. As professional home buyers, Bell Home Services, Inc. will buy homes below market value for a profit. In doing so, we offer quick closings, we pay cash, and (in most cases) pay all normal closing costs.

  • Am I obligated when I submit the form containing information about the house I want to sell?
    • There is no obligation when you submit an information form, or show your property to one of our Bell Home Specialists, or receive an offer to buy your home. We appreciate the opportunity to make an offer for your house. You are under no obligation.

  • Do you buy townhouses or condominiums?
    • Bell Buys Houses, townhouses, duplexes, condominiums, and multi-tenant properties.

  • Do you buy mobile homes?
    • At the present time, we do not purchase mobile homes.

  • My house is listed with a realtor but it hasn't sold, what should I do?
    • First, submit the information form to tell us about your house. Then, contact your real estate agent to find out if the commission can be waived or reduced if you find your own buyer. Or, when the contract with your real estate agent expires you are free to sell to Bell Home Services.

  • Will my personal or financial problems be a factor?
    • People want to sell quickly for many different reasons: inherited property, investment property with problem renters, relocation, divorce, or people that are behind on payments and possibly facing foreclosure.

  • I am ready to sell my house. How do I get started?
